3) Enter the required information from your receipt:
Date of visit
Time of visit
Entry ID or store phone number
4) Answer the survey questions honestly, reflecting on your recent shopping experience.
Submit the survey.
5) Receive 50 Fuel Points added to your Kroger Plus Card account.
